A German study recently published on April 6, 2013 in “Current Opinion in Obstetrics and Gynecology” has found that supplementing with the following micronutrients improves female fertility.
- Folic Acid
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin E
- Iodine
- Selenium
- Iron
- DHA
We already knew that supplements increase fertility, but it’s always great to have this backed up by research. This study was a review of multiple clinical studies and the physiological effects of these important micronutrients. A high quality, absorbable and hypoallergenic micronutrient multivitamin including clinical doses of these nutrients in high absorption forms should supply the benefits outlined in this study.
